modulename: edac_mce_amd.ko

configname: CONFIG_EDAC_DECODE_MCE

Linux Kernel Configuration
└─>Device Drivers
└─>EDAC (Error Detection And Correction) reporting
└─>Decode MCEs in human-readable form (only on AMD for now)
In linux kernel since version 2.6.32 (release Date: 2009-12-02)
Enable this option if you want to decode Machine Check Exceptions
occurring on your machine in human-readable form.

You should definitely say Y here in case you want to decode MCEs
which occur really early upon boot, before the module infrastructure
has been initialized.
