Provide support for the AMD Platform Security Processor (PSP).
The PSP is a dedicated processor that provides support for key
management commands in Secure Encrypted Virtualization (SEV) mode,
along with software-based Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) to
enable third-party trusted applications.
