In linux kernel since version 3.10 (release Date: 2013-06-30)  
The Jitterentropy RNG is a noise that is intended
to provide seed to another RNG. The RNG does not
perform any cryptographic whitening of the generated
random numbers. This Jitterentropy RNG registers with
the kernel crypto API and can be used by any caller.
